Attendance Policy

Employees must follow official office timings and maintain accurate attendance records. Unauthorized absence, late coming, biometric misuse, or leaving the workplace without approval may result in salary deductions or disciplinary action.

Leave Policy

All leave requests must be approved through the official leave process. Fake medical certificates, unauthorized leave, or repeated absenteeism may lead to warnings, salary deduction, or disciplinary action.

Employee Conduct Policy

Employees must maintain respectful communication and professional behavior with management, customers, vendors, and co-workers. Harassment, threatening behavior, intoxication, abusive language, or workplace disruption is strictly prohibited.

IT & Data Security

Company systems, software, databases, emails, and digital resources must only be used for authorized business purposes. Data theft, unauthorized access, cyber misuse, password sharing, customer data leakage, or manipulation of company systems may result in immediate termination and legal action under applicable Indian laws.

Confidentiality Agreement

Employees must protect confidential company information, customer records, financial details, operational processes, pricing information, and internal business data. Unauthorized disclosure or misuse of confidential information may lead to legal proceedings and financial recovery claims.

Remote Work Policy

Employees working remotely must maintain productivity, availability, and confidentiality standards equal to office work. Sharing company devices or accessing company systems through unsecured networks is strictly prohibited.

Salary & Payroll Policy

Salaries will be processed according to the official payroll cycle. Any payroll fraud, fake reimbursement claims, forged documents, or financial manipulation may result in immediate termination and legal proceedings.

Anti-Harassment Policy

ABR Xpress Private Limited follows a zero-tolerance policy against workplace harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, verbal abuse, or offensive conduct. Strict action will be taken against offenders.

Safety & Health Policy

Asset Usage Policy

Company laptops, mobile devices, systems, software, internet services, and office equipment remain company property. Employees are responsible for safe and proper usage of assigned assets.

Travel & Expense Policy

Official travel expenses must be approved and supported with valid bills. Fake expense claims, unauthorized bookings, or misuse of company funds will be treated as financial misconduct.

Fraud, Illegal Activities & Legal Action Policy

Zero Tolerance Policy

ABR Xpress Private Limited maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraud, corruption, bribery, theft, cybercrime, identity misuse, fake reporting, customer fraud, financial manipulation, data leakage, hacking attempts, unauthorized access, or any illegal activity affecting the company or its stakeholders. Any employee found directly or indirectly involved in such activities may face immediate termination without notice, financial recovery proceedings, police complaints, civil claims, and criminal legal action under applicable Indian laws.

Resignation & Exit Policy

Employees leaving the organization must complete all exit formalities, serve the applicable notice period, and return all company assets, credentials, documents, and confidential information before final settlement. Any misuse of company information during or after resignation may result in legal action.
